The Flu

The flu is resistant to everything! It is resistant to natural antibiotics, as are all viruses. However, what is strange is it’s resistance to having enough iodine and vitamins.

Other than using NyQuil and DayQuil, as well as home remedies. I’ve found that you can eat a whole bunch of seaweed in an emergency, causing the fever to go down and for the virus to subside a little bit. I haven’t found any negative side effects so far, but it is completely untested so should be done in an emergency only. The amount of seaweed is 3 grams of dried seaweed in a day. Then, the day after it can be lowered to 1.2 grams of dried seaweed, to ease yourself out of the flu.

Mixing man made medicines like acetaminophen and smoking tobacco at the same time can cause a drop of blood in the gi tract, so I wouldn’t try to mix man made like the NyQuil with natural methods like the seaweed. I don’t know what would happen.

I have also noticed a correlation between eating food and making it worse. It lessens in severity when  you eat less, even fasting. However, that can go the other way toward the end of it.

They recommend that everyone get a flu shot, but that doesn’t guarantee you won’t still get the flu.

Always drink plenty of water when you have it. Tons of 7up or Sprite is good as well. It could be the sugar in Sprite that makes it so good when you have the flu. Or maybe the co2.

Remember that none of these statements have been evaluated by doctors or the FDA. It is not meant to be taken as medical advice. These are only informational articles meant to further advancement in science and medicine.

Paramedic Procedure and Insulin Danger

It would be smart to look into the connection with insulin, the treatment for diabetes, causing strokes. Especially with type II diabetes. There could be a connection there, unfortunately. There may be a better way to treat diabetes with lifestyle changes, for example.

Also, when paramedics arrive at the scene of someone who is not breathing, it could be a good idea to treat it differently than they do currently. The medications they give to constrict the blood vessels to save the heart may not be the best to treat a heart attack. It could be smarter to use anticoagulants, which would treat the possibility of a stroke at the same time. Strokes could be very common, and it could appear to be a heart attack.

New Update on Supplement Experiments

Those experimenting in contact with the blog toned down the protein and the B vitamins a little bit. It is now just one protein bar a day, one B-50 and one folic acid supplement per day, .6 oz of dried seaweed per day, two tablespoons of olive oil, a scoop of hemp protein, three scoops of naturally derived fiber supplement, and a scoop of wheatgrass. Also, two bananas a day for the potassium.

Some intermittent constipation seems like it could actually not be a problem; however, if you are worried about that I strongly suggest not trying this. Thank you so much! As your body changes you kind of have to learn how to poop again.

Pushing Farts Out May Cause Constipation

Pushing farts out to fart may actually cause constipation... the air in your digestive tract may actually aid in the pooping process! The key is to simply relax and fart only when the fart naturally comes. Pushing the farts out is the culprit, but it is still ok to fart. New research suggests...

What’s interesting is also a strange correlation, of people seemingly having trouble for no reason at all at times and not having trouble at times. It always seems to be overcome by putting the arms interlocked over head and pushing.

Bending your body at a 45 degree angle and lifting your butt pointing it toward the back of the toilet seems to help as well, in combination with the arms overhead and without it.

Recommendation to Insure Gold As Part of FDIC Insurance

The bright side of investing in gold is that it has stored value. It is a great investment for this reason. However, if someone dealing the gold were to run out of money due to management practices, striking fear into the hearts of people who have gold, it’s not right for gold to lose value because of their mistake. They should get a bailout just like the banks. That would protect the value and investments of American people.

This is more than likely just an added precaution, but in that case without insurance the best thing would be to relax. Gold could still be bought and sold for a profit, with buyers and sellers doing it for the same reasons. There’s no reason why that gold should be valueless in the long term or with all buyers. In the run on the banks, people were left with nothing. In this case, you would still have all of the gold.. This is different than the run on the banks, where they were left with nothing in hand... all of their money was in the bank.

At the end of the day, anything can lose value simply because people refuse to accept it for value. If everyone stopped using the dollar it would become valueless. It isn’t fair for this to destroy the financial well being of people who are trying to invest to have stored value.

To protect yourself, I would diversify investments to lots of things that store value. I don’t think it will be an issue with gold, but I don’t think it would hurt to FDIC insure gold investments in the near future.

Brief Suggestions for Better Quality of Life

Traumatic Injuries

- When a traumatic injury happens right in front of you, some people might think CPR would be the best thing to do. However, CPR is good for trying to restart the heart when it has stopped from something such as drowning. When blood is being lost, the best thing to do is to try to prevent the loss of blood. People say to put pressure on gunshot wounds, for example, because if you hold the blood inside the wound it allows the body to heal itself within the wound. Putting sand on a wound at the beach could also be useful as a coagulant, although this is not proven by research and is just a hypothesis. It is good to know what to do in the case of an emergency.

Foundations of Homes and Buildings

- It could be a good idea to do more research on building the foundations of homes and buildings. It is possible that it would be a good idea to drill the foundation into the support of deep bedrock every time that a foundation is built. This could prevent settling and shifting of the building's foundation.

Property Taxes Should Be Lowered or Removed

- Property taxes could be classified as unconstitutional due to cruel and unusual punishment. If someone owns the land, then they shouldn't necessarily be required to pay the government just for owning the land. The government is supposed to serve the people. It isn't necessary to charge the people just for owning a home or owning land.

Reminder: Drink Plenty of Water!

As a major cause of athletes and normal people alike, dehydration causes people to drop dead... literally. Their heart stops and they go down, immediately dead. This could be the reason for many deaths considered to be drug overdoses as well, although it’s best to never ingest too much of anything and never to inject anything or do synthetic or concentrated drugs.  Be careful, especially in desert climates or when you are sweating. Six cups of 8 fluid ounces are recommended every day.

This could also be the explanation for many cases of sudden cardiac arrest.

Fiber and Climate Investigations

Natural fiber drank as a supplement is wonderful to inhibit constipation. However, it is worth researching whether or not extremely dry climates can cause constipation. Interestingly, when you are getting more protein, it is possible that your internal organs can realign themselves to relieve it as well. All of this is very strange, coming from what I consider to be highly accurate anecdotal evidence. I have heard reports of someone who found they had to hold their hands over their head and push, even with fiber intake. It was easy to use the bathroom, but the dryness was so extreme that the poop was not sliding. It was probably an extreme case and doesn't happen that often, though.

Other interesting notes include how dry climates can possibly affect emotions and moods, as if our bodies have to be hydrated to feel happy and warm inside. This would be good for people to avoid being affected by mental illness, possibly. When emotions and moods are affected, such as also was seen with malnourishment and vitamin deficiency, then it can affect how we perceive the world. This can lead us to believe the world is more dark and evil, or like everything is frustrating.

It is recommended that you not push to use the bathroom.

Potential solutions for those in dry climates other than natural fiber include taking a bath once a day or submerging yourself in a pool or the ocean once a day if possible. More research could confirm if this helps with constipation and mood changes.

Research on Consideration of Supplemental Income for the Poor

The idea has often been thrown around, but does the research suggest it is worthwhile? Although largely anecdotal, my research suggests that what some consider to be drug use could be actually a case of breaking equal opportunity employment. In other words, to deny food stamps or supplemental income because of suspected drug use is really more a form of racism against poor people than a responsible thing to do. Natural plants that are considered drugs have proven to be medicinal in battling infections. They have origins in indigenous cultures. Unless the job is incredibly dangerous in some way, it is reasonable to assume they would perform the job duties. There is evidence that dangerous tasks could be done as well, but just to be on the safe side it can’t hurt to ask they not do it during the dangerous job. It varies depending on the length of time they have been using the plants for medication, just like other medications. People don’t always know how they will react to medications at first. It all should come down to how responsible the individual is, not how responsible they are stereotyped to be because of the medicinal pathways they choose to take.

As far as supporting the economy, supplemental income could support it in a way. Ideally, it would not require tax increases or spending cuts in other areas to “pay for it.” I still have found no evidence that the government needs to make a profit and run like a business. It is based on some kind of delusional belief that people have to be manipulated into working, possibly, or trying to make it appear more legitimate? It definitely isn’t necessary. Therefore, the “debt” isn’t really a thing. They aren’t obligated to pay the Federal Reserve, which is part of the government, back for money they lent them. They are literally lending money to themselves and then owing it to themselves? It’s unecessary it seems.

Without having to “pay for it,” this would be exactly like my idea to give money to everyone as a stimulus.

Even if it did have to be paid for, would it support the economy as a whole? The answer is no. Quality of life would improve for some, and it would be for people in extreme need. It could decrease it for others, though. It could even cause more homeless people in the worst case scenario. Depending  on the amount that was given, it might still not be enough for many homeless to have a home. At the same time, the amount that was taken from others would put more strain on them decreasing employment and their spending which supports the incomes and livelihoods of other people. If this caused the incomes to be too low to afford housing, then the supplemental income might still not allow them to afford housing because it could be over the maximum amount you can earn, so many wouldn’t even get the supplement.. Also, it could be too little to make the difference otherwise.

It seems pretty worthwhile, to help the poor, obviously. It is always worthwhile. The fact remains, though, that until the money in circulation increases enough, it will have to be spread thinly. This means lower quality of life, more stress, and more struggle for many.

Research also suggests it is worthwhile to be optimistic and to believe that everything is going perfectly and any problems are resolving themselves.

Improving Quality of Employment and Decreasing Unemployment

I noticed that with the tax cuts that were implemented, the unemployment rate in America dropped under 4% in 2018 according to the bureau of labor statistics for a period of time. It oscillates. That is awesome. I would estimate that if they increased the money in circulation even more, then it would drop even lower. Also, though, the quality of employment would rise with better wages and better work safety and well being, by increasing the money in circulation even more. If you refer to my previous essay on Unemployment, then you can see statistical evidence that supports this.

I would say the best thing to do would be to give $10 trillion dollars to all citizens split equally as an economic stimulus that didn’t need to be paid back. It could be done over time.

I have heard that taxes in Ireland are 11%. If we matched that on the federal level, how much extra money would go into circulation? Would it be close to $10 trillion?

Gatorade and Bananas

Brief anecdotal research is pointing to a relationship between easing muscle tension and soreness with bananas and Gatorade. The relationship could exist due to the sugar in these things or the potassium, or both. It could be the potassium. Bananas seemed to make the greatest change. Bananas have four times as much potassium as a cup of Gatorade.

Because there is potassium in a lot of things, though, it would be interesting if the actual active ingredient was sugar, with naturally occurring fructose being beneficial. Further research could test sugar’s effect in various forms from fruits and regular sugar. It would make sense because of the breakdown of sugar in metabolic processes.

Visiting Gravity Again

I'm going to try to revisit this gravity dilemma again, first visited in 2013, and first observed and thought of by me in 2011.

So, basically, the idea is that gravity doesn't seem to have a very clear cause. They seem to indicate that mass plays a role. The bigger the mass, the more gravitational pull it has. However, objects seem to fall at the same rate, even though one is much heavier than the other. This could be because of the enormous size of Earth compared to a tennis ball versus a bowling ball. However, it doesn't make a lot of sense, otherwise. It seems that differences in mass would make a difference on the gravitational pull.

Also, hydrogen and helium float, even though lithium doesn't float. The atomic mass of lithium is barely more than helium. It is still less than oxygen, nitrogen, and elements in the atmosphere. If displacement of molecules were the reason why hydrogen and helium floated, then why doesn't lithium float? If displacement is not the reason, then why does helium and hydrogen float?

Interestingly, gravity seems to act on all objects, whether or not they are metal. This makes it less likely that gravity is due to polarity. However, it is interesting to note that metals tend to be more heavy. I wonder, if the enormous magnetic field could be responsible for gravity.

There is such a thing as molecules having polarity, even if they are not made of metal. Perhaps all molecules have polarity, and gravity is really due to polarity and magnetism. Scientists adamantly deny this to be the truth.

Let's think for a moment about the idea that it were polarity. What about the idea that all atoms are balanced with positive and negative charges? What if the movement of the electrons actually changed direction with the direction of the gravitational pull? If all of this were true, why would helium and hydrogen float, still? It doesn't make sense, unless lithium didn't float because it were a metal, and metals were heavier due to their increased ability to be affected by magnetism. If you look, every single element before Nitrogen is a metal except Carbon. If that were the reason, displacement could explain why they float, but Carbon is not a metal.

What is the deal with carbon, then? Why does it not float? It is considerably lighter. Could it be some kind of thing that is more magnetic than helium but less than other metals? Why are there so many contradictions here? Will we find the answers? To be continued.

If you’re thinking it’s polarity, then let me direct you to a previous essay. It points out that the masses and speeds of the planets are all out of proportion to the momentum they would need to have centrifugal force. Are they wrong about the masses and speeds?

Jupiter is 20 times the size of Mars, but Mars is smaller than Earth. The masses indicated by NASA show Jupiter having a 316 times greater mass than Earth and Mars having a mass 82 times smaller than Earth. However, Mars’ velocity is slower than Earth, and Jupiter’s velocity is slower than Mars.

If gravity did actually act equally on all masses,  then why isn’t the change in the distance from the sun directly proportional to the change in velocity? Are they wrong about those figures?

But wait, what if gravity is exponentially decreasing with distance? That would make sense. It does seem kind of exponential the proportions of distance to the sun versus velocity of the planets.

However, why would helium and hydrogen float then, if gravity acted equally on all masses?

What the f$&@?

A Good Idea for the US Job Market

One of the beautiful things about the US job market is that it is a free economy. However, this freedom also had made it somewhat more complex to find the right job. Communist regimes often have been able to simply provide someone with a home and a job on the spot, quickly and easily, regardless of the negative aspects people dislike of those style of markets. Our free economy deserves the same. Every person deserves to have a home and a job.

To make the process easier, I think it would be worthwhile to have a universal job application for every job candidate. All of the hiring employers already register with the government. They should have a single website that is used for all hiring purposes, one application with a resume, and take away the whole cover letter system requirement. Any kind of special hiring methods or questions can just be asked at the first interview. That way people don’t waste time when there is no chance of being hired.. They could connect this website to a “hiring center,” that connects directly to real jobs.

The categories for this website could include “high  need” hiring for labor shortages, “high need and will train,” “non high need,” and “non high need will train.”

Overall, the application process has to be as easy as possible, but in addition this will connect people to employers that are hard to find or that they didn’t know existed.

By using just one application, job applicants never have to fill out multiple applications and search for employers ever again. They will all be on this one website. It could be a requirement that they are posted here, if they were going to post it somewhere.

Moderators could filter out all scams. People could relocate for jobs that are needed in other areas of the country more easily, because they would know for certain if the job was there or not before going.

Ideally, it could reach the point where everyone could walk into a hiring center and get a job or start training immediately, without even having to apply to multiple places, if they just describe the type of work they want. Their standard of living should be covered while they train, by the government if the employer can’t afford it.

Of course, this is just a suggestion, but I think the previous paragraph would bring relief to a lot of employers and employees.

Revisiting Economic Theory

To fully understand how to produce a healthy economy, you have to understand every aspect of it. That is why I want to examine several areas of the economy now.

1. The stock market and business debt

- One interesting part about the stock market and business debt is how it can cause a lot more money to be in circulation than normally would be. Theoretically, this could boost the economy.

2. Government debt

- Again, this could boost the economy through increased money in circulation.

3. Consumer debt

- Again, this could boost the economy through increased money in circulation.

4. Housing Prices

- These are a major factor, because everyone has to pay for housing. Theoretically, if any prices were raised in relation to housing, even just for the cost of heaters and air conditioning, then it could cause inflation in all other areas of the economy as well. What is more interesting is how a cycle could develop involving increasing prices and increasing cost of housing.

5. Worker Welfare

- There is a lot of evidence connecting this to economic welfare. When the economy is struggling, their welfare actually decreases with it.

6. A system of lending

- Most countries currently are depending on systems of lending to provide enough money in circulation to support the population. This means that most countries are depending on debt inflated amounts of cash flow, more cash than is actually in circulation. Meanwhile, more in circulation would still cause everyone to have an amount super conducive to living at a higher quality of life.

7. Need for money in areas that aren’t market oriented

- When was the last time you went to the store and bought a pack of restoring the health of local underwater ecosystems, and a gallon of planting trees to reduce global warming? It is pretty rare. The system relies on non profit groups to do many things. Although successful, many people often find they cannot do things they wanted to benefit society, due to lack of financial resources.

8. Confusion and false beliefs

- There can be much confusion and false beliefs due to the failure to solve problems of homelessness for people in need.

9. Required payments

- Car insurance, taxes and estimated taxes, property taxes, health insurance, home insurance... all of these increase the required cost of living, which can be a cyclical cause of inflation just like the cost of housing. When people find that they can’t afford these things, they find no options to help them.

9.5 Quality of Life

- Although all of the debt can help boost the economy, it can be a burden to quality of life in addition to many things mentioned above. All of this can even lead to people who cannot pay for a normal life.

10. Summary

- It is clear that we need to have more money in circulation, or everyone could be more poor than the Great Depression era people, simply because of the increase in population. There is a limit on the amount that can be lent. Everyone needs to be given that money, as they increase it, to alleviate poverty and prevent false beliefs and confusion. It is no longer possible to support oneself from a minimum wage job, even though it is possible and easy in Australia. Why? It is simply the population.

11. The Good News

- Any problem with the economy in this area is actually quite gradual. Business debt and government debt can play a huge role in helping to alleviate the stress of it. Consumer debt can as well. However, confusion, false beliefs, and any problems can easily be avoided with a small change.

High Incidences of Rape Linked to Destruction of the Lesbian Community

Intriguingly, although most people would think that high incidences of rape would be linked to indecent images being displayed or lower incidences of people having consensual sex in general, new evidence points to anomalies surrounding lesbians.

New evidence specifically shows that many, possibly even the majority of lesbians are getting raped or get raped starting as young children in some way, either through real rape or sexual assault. This is due to social pressures to be “straight” and “normal” instead of lesbian. Threatening remarks such as abuse of mental health facilities to threaten forced medication and treatments such as electrocution, threats of forced homeless, and threats of disownment are all used as manipulation.

Other than the manipulation, forcible rape is used repeatedly on them by men to try to force them to become straight. They couple this with informing them of the idea that they will start to like and enjoy it after a while. The discomfort is so unbearable, that the young girls have to find a way to cope with it just to survive, or they will die. This leads to the long term rape of these women, if they survive without being punished unfairly through mental treatment or homelessness. This causes major problems for them throughout childhood as well as major disadvantages as they grow into adults, developmentally and socially. They grow up with a distorted view of the world, and they inevitably rely on broken relationships with men that rape women as a social network. They have no faith in positive directions or even being a good person. They have vast systems of delusional beliefs about uniform social behavior being caused by uniform feelings, none of which are real.

The “Me too” movement, while it seems like this is completely due to mysogyny, actually may stem from this phenomenon as its origin. It has become mainstream for men to rape women and force them to say they enjoy it, or to continue to face punishment and rape the rest of their lives. These men view themselves as noble, furthering an old fashioned cause just like other gentlemen and even their own fathers and grandfathers who did the same. The main tactic they use is rape multiple times, so that it seems like it will never go away. The only way for it to go away is to agree to consensual sex, they imply. The reality is that it doesn’t go away, then. They just now are able to rape the woman more freely having forced them to continually agree to sex.

The reason it is so mainstream is because of old fashioned values that say that homosexuality is not even real. These men (old fashioned gentlemen types) are aiming to erase the idea of homosexuality by raping all women and getting them to say it feels good. Then, they can show everyone that all women are willing to have sex with men and say it feels good. Then, there are no lesbians. They do this with straight women as well to prevent them from being bisexual or partnering with women themselves.

The general rule among these men, of which I am not implying a relationship to anyone specifically as they are all individuals and the majority get away with these acts rather than it being a well known and infamous person, is that all women have to “suck dick”. This implies that all women have to have sex and relationships exclusively or the majority of the time with men. They can never have a relationship with another woman alone without a man having a relationship at the same time, even if it is secret. The major group that is punished and raped in this case is lesbians. It is horrible and long term.

In conclusion, there is little hard evidence surrounding this phenomenon; however, any evidence at all is so disturbing that it should be attempted to be resolved and prevented no matter the cost. Also, the nature of it is private, so evidence is not expected to be vast. There is a lot of motivation to cover it up from the public and to keep it hidden.  It is obvious that child protective services and adult services to save people from their own families have to play a role here. It is obvious that the police have to play a role in enforcing the laws against real rape. It is dangerous to some men who do not participate, but can be made to look as such by false claims. This is due to women being loyal to the men that are real rapists, because they could lose their relationship and their home and belongings. They could also be publicly shamed and lose their entire life’s path by showing disloyalty to the idea that they shouldn’t “suck dick”. They report false claims of rape to throw off the police and the public. The police don’t arrest anyone, because it isn’t a real report. Then, it looks like the rapist got away, and police may not enforce a real rape next time because they can’t tell the difference. It also discourages other women from reporting at all. They also have been known to aid men in the rape of women and lesbians, even when they are lesbians, mostly through peer pressure, ostracization, and psychological means as manipulation to try to disprove the existence of lesbians.

Protein

It has been said before I am sure by many people, but I recently discovered the high benefits of high amounts of protein in the diet.

Actually, the truth is that it really isn't about benefits so much as an actual need similar to the vitamins I mentioned before that are needed. I have actually experienced high amounts of cell regeneration taking place after increasing my protein by 50-75 g per day. My internal sinuses actually fully regenerated the soft tissue internally. I could feel my internal organs regenerate as well, leading to an overall healthier feeling.

The protein seems to be the best from plant sources such as soy for me. I use a combination of protein powder and protein bars to increase the amount.

****note: The people testing this lowered their protein, removing the two 20g protein bars from the daily routine to lower the amount of protein excreted in the urine.

****note: After experiencing the rebuilding of internal structures by increasing protein in the diet, some people may experience a greater tendency toward constipation due to a stronger interior wall in the lining of the intestines and stress causing tension in the butthole. This can be very scary. No reports of injury have been made, as of yet, but it could be possible. I personally still have the protein in my diet and triumphed over the constipation without operations or the use of laxatives, simply increasing fiber intake to 5g-10g per day. I did kind of squeeze/push somewhat at times. I again want to emphasize that you are trying at your own risk and you may want to consult with a doctor. After experiencing constipation, I felt what felt like my internal intestines rebuilding in a way that relieved it. Then,  after a while, I never had anymore problems. It could vary from case to case though.

Watching Indicators of an Economy's Health

After careful research of statistics since the beginning of human civilization, I have come to the following conclusion:

You can actually gauge an economy's health based on the following indicators: how bad people are acting. In other words, if there is pervasive wrong doing, crime, or general distasteful behavior between people; it is a measurable indicator that the economy is in bad shape.

An economy works on a spectrum. It is more like that than either good or bad. I can actually theorize that how people act and behave is actually directly corresponding on a similar spectrum, supported by the observance of an increase in mental illness, crime, scam artists, as well as other activities that are negative in nature, yet not enough to be a crime or go unreported. There is a massive snowball effect that occurs as the number of people acting badly increases beyond that which anyone trying to do good or stop them can control. I have no doubt that this could lead to the total collapse of civilization in some cases; however, in many cases it could simply lead to prolonged abuse and hardship in a population that gets worse and worse over time, leading to poor leaders that are authoritarian leaders, and care little about the well being of people. When more and more people are struggling due to a bad economy, it drives them to begin taking actions which are negative, which then causes a pinball ricochet effect of more negative things happening, people getting hurt, and more bad things happening as a result.

Trump's tax cuts no doubt did a large part in helping the economy; however, because it works on a spectrum, there is no way that the economy has reached a high level of health as of yet. Much more is needed to accomplish that. Lack of doing so could actually increase all problems, even producing out of control population growth like in India, just like before because the economy is still in pretty bad shape overall, although slightly improved by tax cuts.

Briefly touching on what I mean by right and wrong or good and bad, I want to emphasize specifically that I mean any kind of actions that negatively affect people. For example, I read about tariffs on trade coming from China. That indicates a poor global economy health. China is negatively effected, having to pay money to export goods. This isn't a political essay on good and evil. I mean specifically actions that affect people in a negative way being those that characterize "bad behavior".

Interestingly, I can draw conclusions about bad behavior that show that when more negative actions are being taken, it leads to more negative actions that don't even involve financial matters as well. In other words, it could increase the number of murders as well, not to mention general numbers of abuse of all types both emotional and physical, even to innocent people and even to those who are weak from stress and suffering already.

We need to pay attention to all indicators in the form of people behaving badly. Yes, people can simply behave badly; however, there is a very clear relationship between the health of an economy and the number of people behaving badly. This only shows even more how important the health of an economy truly affects a population, the true measure of the impact on every individual.
