The Flu

The flu is resistant to everything! It is resistant to natural antibiotics, as are all viruses. However, what is strange is it’s resistance to having enough iodine and vitamins.

Other than using NyQuil and DayQuil, as well as home remedies. I’ve found that you can eat a whole bunch of seaweed in an emergency, causing the fever to go down and for the virus to subside a little bit. I haven’t found any negative side effects so far, but it is completely untested so should be done in an emergency only. The amount of seaweed is 3 grams of dried seaweed in a day. Then, the day after it can be lowered to 1.2 grams of dried seaweed, to ease yourself out of the flu.

Mixing man made medicines like acetaminophen and smoking tobacco at the same time can cause a drop of blood in the gi tract, so I wouldn’t try to mix man made like the NyQuil with natural methods like the seaweed. I don’t know what would happen.

I have also noticed a correlation between eating food and making it worse. It lessens in severity when  you eat less, even fasting. However, that can go the other way toward the end of it.

They recommend that everyone get a flu shot, but that doesn’t guarantee you won’t still get the flu.

Always drink plenty of water when you have it. Tons of 7up or Sprite is good as well. It could be the sugar in Sprite that makes it so good when you have the flu. Or maybe the co2.

Paramedic Procedure and Insulin Danger

It would be smart to look into the connection with insulin, the treatment for diabetes, causing strokes. Especially with type II diabetes. There could be a connection there, unfortunately. There may be a better way to treat diabetes with lifestyle changes, for example.

Also, when paramedics arrive at the scene of someone who is not breathing, it could be a good idea to treat it differently than they do currently. The medications they give to constrict the blood vessels to save the heart may not be the best to treat a heart attack. It could be smarter to use anticoagulants, which would treat the possibility of a stroke at the same time. Strokes could be very common, and it could appear to be a heart attack.

New Update on Supplement Experiments

Those experimenting in contact with the blog toned down the protein and the B vitamins a little bit. It is now just one protein bar a day, one B-50 and one folic acid supplement per day, .6 oz of dried seaweed per day, two tablespoons of olive oil, a scoop of hemp protein, three scoops of naturally derived fiber supplement, and a scoop of wheatgrass. Also, two bananas a day for the potassium.

Some intermittent constipation seems like it could actually not be a problem; however, if you are worried about that I strongly suggest not trying this. Thank you so much! As your body changes you kind of have to learn how to poop again.
